Is Reality Predetermined?

Question: How much of reality is predetermined? What is within our freewill?

Answer: Absolutely everything is within our freewill and absolutely everything is predetermined. That is, the program is initially given from the simplest, elementary partition to the increasingly complex. This comes from the basic law of nature. The speed of connection depends on us.

We should not get into the correction. It is not our business. I must make an effort to connect wherever possible, but in no case should I give orders and determine in advance what the degrees of connection should be like. Just push forward.

I should welcome whatever will be shown to me as a corrected state.

How To Raise Children

Remark: In Japan, any physical punishment of children will soon be banned. The ban on physical punishment of minors applies to parents, social workers, and teachers.

My Comment: How can I express my dissatisfaction with the child’s behavior if it goes beyond what everyone says is acceptable for society, the family, and so on?

Let them give me a full distribution of the influence on children in order to educate them. Because education implies limiting.

You must express your discontent so that the child understands. And he would understand that it is for his benefit. That is, you do it not because you are annoyed and full of nerves, but because you wish for his good. This is of utmost importance in education.

Question: How do you keep in mind that you are not unloading your emotions onto a child?

Answer: To do this, educators must be educated.

Question: That is, you can’t do anything with prohibitions?

Answer: You cannot do anything. So what if there will be the law? What, they will be fined, imprison the parents? It will make such a mess in society.

When the state introduces such a law, and in general any laws, it must necessarily teach how to comply with this law and give it appropriate reinforcement.

My Comment: It doesn’t matter. What difference does it make whether or not there are outraged comments? Most importantly, say the truth, and then it will become realized after a while.

Question: So your conclusion is that you need to educate parents and educators?

Answer: Of course. It is necessary to raise parents before raising children. Otherwise, parents will raise their children even worse than themselves.

The Property Of Kabbalistic Books

Question: How can we scientifically explain, without mysticism or religious miracles, that reading the books written by Kabbalists helps correct our intention and change one’s inner state?

Answer: What does mysticism or religion have to do with it? Neither are part of Kabbalah.

Reading Kabbalistic books helps orient you internally toward a goal because they speak of how your soul should be aimed toward it. The same way we tune a musical instrument, we tune ourselves by reading Kabbalistic books.

This tuning fork comes through the books. Try reading them and you will feel it. In no way should you deafen it with any religious precepts, obligations, or various mystical bemusements.

Preparation For The Meeting Between The Creator And Creation

The last generation starts from the whole world transforming into a small village, into one system. By the 21st century, the world reached a state where everyone depends on everyone.

This dependence is unpleasant, burdensome, and is perceived as manipulations of the financial elite over us, but nevertheless, the world has locked itself in one circle and therefore we are called the last generation.

The world has started to operate as one global mechanism, and although this mechanism is corrupt, now we have the opportunity to correct it into a good one. After all, it has already revealed its evil and exposed its bad connections that have entangled us from all sides and acts to our detriment. The system is even getting out of the authorities’ control, a financial blow-up on a global scale is brewing.

After thousands of years of development, the system has finally reached global interdependence. Now a new problem has emerged: how can we correct ourselves; it is impossible to tolerate it any longer. Egoism is becoming so global that it leaves us no hope for the future.

If we understand this, feel it, and seriously accept our mission, we must correct ourselves as soon as possible in the ten in order to positively influence the world from this ten. Those who supposedly govern the world are very weak relative to us.

They have no opportunity to influence anything other than the fictitious, artificial systems that they built for themselves: a financial system that has no real basis, an industrial system with 90% of its products that nobody needs, etc.

If we give the world a small illumination from our corrections, it will make huge changes in it for the better. Therefore, we need to know what is happening in the world and include its state in our prayer.

We cannot correct ourselves for our own wellbeing; it would be an egoistic action, and for the good of the Creator, we cannot be corrected as well because He does not need our favors. All correction should be done only in relation to the world.

If we correct the world, we will create a vessel that the Creator can fill and take enjoy. This vessel is the body of the common soul, and we are only the head that must organize this meeting between the Creator (the light) and the desire (the body of the Partzuf). We are in the middle, as a head; this is our mission. Therefore, we cannot but think about the world and absorb its problems.1

Holocaust Remembrance Day is more relevant today than ever. The situation has turned upside down: today it is more dangerous for a Jew to live in America or Europe than in Israel. After all, he cannot defend himself there. The Jews abroad suffer and are endangered, while growing serenity reigns in Israel. These are the two forms of indifference characteristic for the Jews: being among enemies, they do not feel at risk, and those who are far from danger, outside of the diaspora, are not just indifferent to what is happening there, but in general do not want to hear about it or support the Jews in exile.

The same thing was happening before the Holocaust when none of the Jews around the world intervened in what was happening in Germany. The American Jews did not want to accept a ship with Jews who fled from Europe and sent them back to Germany, directly to Auschwitz. Nothing has changed since then, and today, the Israeli Jews will not worry about Jews in America.

As once American Jews did not take care of European Jews, so Israelis will not worry about Jews in other countries of the world. They will say, “If they feel bad there, let them come here. At least, we will not drive them out like the Americans did in the past.”

When the Nazis came to power in Germany, in the beginning they collaborated with the leaders of the Zionist movement, and all European Jews could have been safely sent to Israel. Germany was ready to contribute to this and promised financial support for those moving to Israel. But Jews did not want to leave Germany to exchange “the most civilized country” with the poor Palestine. Then, the attitude of the Nazis changed to the opposite: the moment the Jews refused to leave Europe and go to Israel, they turned from supporters into anti-Semites. This drastic change was made from above; today we need to learn a lesson from history.

But nowadays, the final correction of the whole world should take place, so the main thing is to take care of our unity and finding a way to escape from one place to another. It all depends on when, in what form, and how fast we will achieve unity. Depending on this, it may be that Jews will not have to look for a shelter in Israel as they flee from other countries.

But there is no doubt that Israel will be the safest place if the people of Israel understand that they must be Yashar – El (straight to the Creator), that is, united. If not, then it may be the same here as all over the world, and even worse. Therefore, Holocaust Remembrance Day is a very relevant symbol for the present.2

Catch The Wave With The Creator

Question: You said that one can turn to the Creator only in similarity to Him—through the ten. What does it mean?

Answer: You must reach the same frequency. When you adjust the frequency of your spiritual receiver-transmitter, you must catch the same wave with the Creator.

The quality of bestowal and love comes from Him to you; therefore, a similar quality must go from you to Him. Otherwise, He will not hear you because the Creator is a system that resonates, only perceives signals in equivalence with its nature.

Question: Can you turn to the Creator in joy too?

Answer: Not from joy, but only from equivalence. Joy is not an indicator of equivalence. It flows out of it as a result. In principle, anyone can experience joy.

Therefore, first we have to contact the Creator via a modem, through some kind of connecting device that would adapt our qualities to the qualities of the Creator. The group of ten performs the role of this modem.

The Result Of Humanity’s Development

Question: If historians are to be believed, then man, as homo sapiens(wise man), has existed for about 70,000 years. Kabbalists claim that man is the one who revealed the Creator. Have there been such people for the past 6,000 years?

Answer: We can say that they were only some individuals. The first person who attained the Creator was called Adam, from the word “Domeh – similar to the Creator.” In the entire history of such people, there have been no more than tens of thousands.

But Kabbalah says that according to the plan of creation, all humanity must reach the revelation of the Creator. Ultimately, every person constantly manifesting on the Earth in a physical body must attain Him.

What Influence Do Kabbalah Conventions Have On The World?

Question: Next month, we will be holding major conventions in North America and Latin America. What influence will these conventions, and the conventions we hold in general, have on the world?

Answer: We cannot openly show the world the influence we have. However, we need to first and foremost trust what the Kabbalists write, that we hold great influence. We also need to see how the pace of the world’s development depends on our influence. The fact that the nations of the world blame the Jews for the world’s problems, although it appears as if they point out issues such as the Jews’ disproportionate influence in finance and hi-tech, the deeper reason for their complaints is due to our need to bring the world to a harmonious spiritual state.

We have the ability to attract the world to spirituality. As the world rapidly changes, with very fast progress in society and technology, I hope that we will be able to explain to the world what form it needs to acquire. According to Baal HaSulam, in the Shamati article “Still, Vegetative, Animate and Speaking,” we learn that the entirety of creation is at the still level, that is, it doesn’t move by itself, but it is moved by nature. Also, as Baal HaSulam explains in his article “The Peace,” Nature (HaTeva) and God (Elokim), that is, the upper force, are one and the same. Therefore, we are made of the force of creation, which is called “I created the evil inclination.” If we oppose that evil inclination, then we acquire the force of bestowal and perform acts of bestowal, which are against the Creator’s acts, which is called “My sons defeated Me.” That is the vegetative force. With that vegetative force, we exit to the upper world, not as the Creator created us, outside of Himself, but we return to Him, and we can then bestow on and influence the world. That is what we need to do.

In bestowal, there are vegetative, animate and human levels, where the entire motion of these levels is in the extent to which we can bestow to the environment, and through it, to the Creator. In the vegetative level, in spirituality as with the vegetative level in our world, it still depends on time and place. Likewise, the animate level, like in our world, is independent from time and place, because it has its own time. It lives and dies, and it also has its own individual motion. In spirituality, such individual motion is spiritual development. However, the still, vegetative and animate are all connected to the environment. The final human level, however, is detached from the environment, rising above all the other levels.

We thus need to see that our whole development is in the construction of the correct environment, through which we can exit our initial nature. By drawing ourselves upward from the still form, which the Creator created, we attract humanity after us, whether they want it or not, because they are at the still level.

Therefore, our conventions are made in order to accelerate the world’s development. Why is that important? It is because the more we attract the world forward, the more the world will experience positive, enjoyable and harmonious development. Wherever we will fail to attract the world to develop spiritually fast enough, then we will all receive blows from behind in order to help us advance.

We thus place a lot of importance and emphasis on our conventions so that as many people as possible will participate. In addition to accelerating the world’s development to a positive and harmonious state, our conventions also provide an opportunity to advance individually in a positive way.

In short, the more participants, the more we draw the positive force of development, and thus the more we can advance humanity to a harmonious state in a positive way.

Complaints Against A Teacher

Question: Why does it happen that at a certain stage your beloved teacher does not seem so beloved anymore? Moreover, it seems that he manipulates you and says things that you want to criticize over and over.

Answer: That is natural. A student does not advance without having complaints and criticisms in regard to the teacher. Advancement occurs on two sides: the left and the right, where on one hand you have criticism, and on the other hand, forceful justification.

Therefore, if a critical attitude to the teacher arises in you, it means that you now need to add from the other side, in spite of your opinion, the opinion of others, and in spite of the rejection and even hatred toward the teacher that suddenly might emerge in you. You need to rise above it in faith above reason, to the state where you continue to hold onto him.

It requires tremendous effort from the student. And if you already are in it, congratulations. This work does not end even when you enter the spiritual world at the first spiritual attainment—it continues even on higher degrees.

To the extent that you suddenly feel rejection from your friends in the group, realizing that a completely irrational hatred toward them arises in you, the same irrational hatred and not just a critical attitude will emerge in you toward the teacher. You will need to overcome it through faith above reason.

Kabbalah Is Open Source Code For Rebooting Society

Animals never make mistakes, because nature operates them perfectly. Yet people go wrong all the time.

In the 21st century, we have reached an absurd state where our existence on this planet can come to an end with the push of a button. And even at the individual level, many live like modern-day slaves, spending hours on end working, commuting, and being busy and tense all the time. It’s only natural that antidepressant prescriptions are skyrocketing.

Unlike human society where chaos seems to be prevalent, the more we delve into nature, the more we reveal a wondrous wisdom. Every element and every being appear to be harmoniously connected to each other. Nothing exists in isolation. Every life form contributes to the rest of the system.

So why does nature seem to fail when it comes to us, humans? Are we some sort of a bug in nature’s operating system?

The answer is no. Rather, Kabbalah explains that we lack the ability to see the bigger picture. All our problems, our challenges and our suffering are continuously orchestrated to develop us as human beings. The chaos we see around us is designed for us to finally ask: What’s going on? Where are we headed? What is our purpose here?

To get answers, however, we will have to rise to a higher level of human experience, to the next level of human evolution.

Look at what we have accomplished so far. We have developed a sophisticated virtual network that connects us across the globe, through our computers and smartphones. Everything is connected in today’s global village, except our hearts. We have yet to build the next level of human connection. Mankind is due for a system upgrade.

Our time demonstrates a growing clash between the connected nature of the world, and the self-centered nature of man. Simply put, we are misguided by our individual egos, pushing us to exploit each other and everything else for personal gain.

It’s as though mankind is stuck with an old operating system. Our egoistic society rewards mutual exploitation, encouraging everyone to be out there for himself, alone against the world. Ironically, our sophisticated means of communication only further highlight how emotionally separate from each other we’ve become.

So how do we upgrade our awareness to suit nature’s operating system? To succeed, we need an upgrade guide, written by top-notch developers, well versed in nature’s code. This is precisely what the authentic wisdom of Kabbalah provides.

For millennia, Kabbalah was practiced by a small group. However, it was intended to become revealed to all in a time when the need to upgrade human nature will present itself. And that time is now.

Once we go through the upgrade, a whole new level of life awaits us, where each of us is inherently connected to the whole of humanity; where everyone wants to benefit everyone else; where we discover the true meaning behind the concept of “love thy neighbor as thyself.”

Loving your neighbor as yourself, is not about ethics, mannerisms, or even acts of kindness. These are just potential side effects. “Love thy neighbor” means an expansion of human emotion and perception that puts us in contact with the loving force of nature itself. The underlying force that guides nature’s operating system. This revelation fills us with divine pleasures from a higher level of awareness, and we discover that it was all designed for us right from the beginning.
